Love my new hair topper it’s beautiful. Was also a brilliant price with the offer. And received it within 3-4 days of placing the order! Fab service. I’m so pleased thank you so much ❤️

I ordered the wrong colour wig (my error) I emailed them straight away to ask through their website, to ask if I could change the order or for it to be cancelled so I could reorder. No reply, I emailed them through Instagram and then a separate email to the address on the contact us page. I got all the automatic emails to say order accepted and the shipped. The wig arrived, I opened the box to check the colour. I emailed again to say it had arrived and explained the situation again i got a reply to say that Michelle had emailed me and that I hadn't replied.I had no email. They eventually agreed to swap the wig if it hadn't been opened. I sent it back recorded delivery. I've just recieved it back,box opened and a note saying refused delivery. No emails from them to explain why. Communication there is awful and I'm now out of pocket and can't wear the wig. Won't use them again.

Snatched myself a little discounted Christmas present from Mimo, which has just arrived and met all expectations! Belle Tress wigs smashing it (as ever) with ‘Pike Place’ in the beautiful Red Penny colour. Love the silky sash Mimo wigs are shipped in too. Lovely touch

Absolutely wonderful service. Ordered 2 wigs, I was kept fully up-to-date every step from acknowledging my purchase to delivery and I could not be any more pleased with my purchases, extremely happy and also I have to say, added to that was that personal touch when my wigs arrived i.e. a special handwritten note and a wonderful gift that really just makes your purchase from MiMo Wigs Ltd very special and an absolute pleasure to receive. A second purchase imminent. Good service and good range. Michelle is nice and responsive and helpful. Update: I got a second one - a Scarlett Jon Renau. Its a bob with beachy waves. Getting used to it as it's quite volumy but the customer service was 11/10 as usual! MiMo wigs are really helpful.

this is a fantastic company always helpful and reliable, constantly offering discounts on various brands. I am hooked on Jon Renau and now have five pieces. I love the quality and lightness of the toppers. I enjoy them for the warmer days, very comfy and cool...thank you Michelle you Belle xxx
